What will Ken Hutcherson stoop to next? The former football player turned anti-gay evangelist last made headlines 2 years ago for threatening to lead a boycott against Microsoft for supporting a gay rights bill. Now he's moving past the world's richest man to an entirely different world. Hutcherson has announced that he has been appointed by the White House as a special envoy for the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. But the White House says it's not true. This might be one case where I actually believe the White House.
Hutcherson has been working with anti-gay groups in the former Soviet republic of Latvia. And he was recently in Latvia with Scott Lively, the author of the book "The Pink Swastika." The book allegedly argues that gays were responsible for Nazism and the Holocaust.
Hutcherson and Lively reportedly want to convince the Latvians not to give into pressure from the gay rights supporters in that country. When you can't win at home, why not take the show on the road?
It's bad enough that Hutcherson allowed his reputation to be tarnished by the Microsoft controversy. But now he's hanging around with Nazi apologists and exporting his homophobia to other parts of the world. He should be ashamed of himself. If he has any shame left in him.

This is what happens when the US government gets into bed with these "religious" kooks by giving them tax payers money to spread this sort of hate, even though they seem to deny it from the above article. This "faith based" way to spread hat is just disgusting, but, it seems to be what the country wants, since few stand up to it, and demand that tax dollars, which are paid by everyone, be stopped sent to this sort of boob and the other so called black "pastors" who are uneducated about anything in the real world, even the bible.
And why is it that the black ones are always so frightening to look at while spewing this hate and rage?

its kind of ironic that a black man would be in eastern europe blasting away with the anti-gay nonsense, i guess no one told him that in most of the eastern european countries, a dark skinned person is as unwelcome as a gay one, even an american black man spouting nonsense. just ask that black diplomat who was beaten within a inch of his life last year in one of those former soviet republics.

I hate it when my people turn on me.....it's not enough the white people do, but now he is using the religion that was forced on our people anyway, against us???? I am so glad to be atheist and not believing all that Baptist crap. Or Catholic, or Jewish or anything. If you wanna believe, fine. Don't force it on me and I won't force my atheism on you....the black clergy has always turned on us, can't understand why anyone who identifies as gay would believe in God. I guess it's a personal choice.

Hutcherson is not supporting nazism or the holocaust, he just wants people to understand the sin of homosexuality.
Repent of your sin, turn to Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, for He and He alone shed his blood for the atonement of sins.

To James J. Goswick: Amen to what you have posted.
But tell Hutcherson to show what God has commanded him to show to his fellowman: LOVE.
Then and only then will his message be heard. Also, anyone in bondage to SIn will not inherit the Kingdom — not just homosexuals. God is not impressed with Hutcherson's boycotts and trips abroad to gain support for his "war on gays." The followers of Jesus Christ are to be known by the fruits they bear. God is impressed when we show love to others.
