You have to see this video. Rohan Murphy weighs just 125 pounds. But Rohan is able to bench presses almost 300 pounds. To say he's strong is an understatement. He's a varsity college wrestler for Penn State University and a former high school wrestler. But there's something else very special about Rohan, as you'll see in the video. Rohan has no legs.

Its ironic that one minute after I was on YOUTUBE- pushing the OT limit, I happen to just get on your site and what should I see but the same clip- I guess great mind think alike :-). But, it was great to see someone with a disability like Rhoan just doing what he likes to do, and without letting an "imperfection" as such gets in the way.
And dang, the smile he melts my heart- he is handsome, I need to apply to Penn- my dad would have love that since its his alma mater. But, on a serious note he is a fine brother. Hey KC, if you happen to me him - I am single (lol).
Very inspirational, and to think myself, and others give up on the simpliest of things, or just life in general because of whatever there seem to be in the way- one just have to look at the people who aren't "able" or see how we make a mountain out of a molehill. " The mere sense of living is joy enough- Emily Dickenson.

For some reason, his coach's mention of Rohan's 'grip' is buzzing in my head ... hmmmm! *grin!*

He is really something special and he has a great outlook on life (and smile). Don't feel too sorry for him, though. He might actually have some advantages in wrestling. Wrestlers get points for takedowns, among other things. How do you take down someone who is already on the ground? Also, at some points in the wrestling match, the man on the bottom is often the man in control (I know, I know, there is a real easy joke here about "bottoms"--you fill it in). Many of the moves in wrestling involve attacking or controlling your opponent's legs. If your opponent has no legs and that is one of your best attacks, what do you do? This is probably very confusing to wrestlers who have not practiced with a person without legs. In any case, Rohan is a super athlete who has overcome amazing odds and he deserves all the recognition and success in the world.

To those who readily associate being Black with a disadvantage, take note! He's Black, and he has no legs, yet he found his gifts and the means to excel.

you are so right,....I feel really stupid because
people without legs used to scare me....make me run
and hide, but as I got older I realized that they do
regular things and are just as capable ,if not more
so then some of us two legged folks.

Keith you coulda kept the best part secret. It woulda made the video a lot more interesting if the surprise had not been spoiled.
