Moving On...

It's time for a change. After three years of attempting to maintain this web site with fresh new articles every week, I think it's finally time to move on.
I am now changing the main page of the site into a more traditional blog where I will write short comments about whatever is going on each day instead of writing one long article for the day.
I have resisted this change for a long time now because I liked the exercise of writing and self-editing longer pieces that explore topical issues in depth. I may still do this from time to time, but not on a regular basis.
The great advantage to the new approach is that it allows me to comment on a lot more that's going on in the world, from politics to sports to film to sexuality. Sometimes I will give my opinion, some times I will ask questions, and other times I will just provide a link with information.
It's a work in progress. I don't know if I have the right software on my site to be able to do it, but I will find out soon and watch it evolve with you. In the meantime, thanks to everyone for giving me the encouragement to maintain the site as it has been the past three years.

You and I have learned the same lesson this year. Having so many spaces to fill on one blog turns this hobby into a job. Keep it simple!

Long pieces. Short pieces. I like reading your work. Though, sometimes, short pieces are better for reading while checking the net while at work. Either way, keep up the good work and thanks for keeping us informed on important issues!

Keith, I am all for reading your site for discussions on multiple topics. Sometimes using a singular subject gives short thrift to the many events that occur every day. Moreover, some longer topics may not hold the reader as much as shorter ones. I know there will be those who rant about the lack of depth in short pieces, but having read your writings now for a while, I believe you will do justice to any topic you choose for dialogue. You can always provide links to more indepth discussions elsewhere. Thanks for keeping it real and informative. Shem hotep!

Contact "ME" I can write an article about DESIGN for your community. Let's expose us to the Design of our environments that makes, molds and inspires each and everyone of us. You have creativity in your design and your web page.
Please don't give up. I have been working on my business for three years the same as you have.
Stick to your current Infastructure and just enhance it.
I feel cheated.
I just learned about you this evening and now your talking about changing to BLOGS.... Not Good. Your Better. Your page is simply FABULOUS. It has potential to be more. Or at least continue to inprire other young writers and find someone to oversee it. The greastest assets are Truths, FACTS, HONESTY.
This was just my first impression. Good Luck on whatever you decide.
Blessing Always,
Sincerely BEST,
Dionne
